Neil Shah joined Rice Management Company in 2026 as an Endowment Associate. Prior to joining Rice, Mr. Shah worked as an Investment Operations Associate at TriplePoint Capital, a venture debt firm, where he supported portfolio reporting and operational analytics across a diverse set of venture-backed investments. Earlier in his career, he gained experience in revenue operations and financial analysis within the technology sector. Mr. Shah holds a Master of Business Administration from San José State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Technology Management from the University of California, Davis.
