Mina Kasrai joined Rice University in 1994 and serves as an Associate Director, Performance Analytics & Reporting. She leads the team responsible for investment performance measurement, analytics, and reporting across the Endowment portfolio. In this role, she focuses on strengthening reporting and analytical processes, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency, and facilitating the adoption of new tools and processes enabled by evolving technology and data capabilities. She also prepares ad hoc analyses and reports to inform the Board of Trustees and executive leadership on matters related to University planning and strategic initiatives.

During her tenure at Rice, Ms. Kasrai has also held positions in the offices of the Vice President for Finance and Administration, and Resource Development Alumni Records. Ms. Kasrai holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics from the University of Houston-Downtown.
