Lisa Feng joined in 2026 and is an Investment Associate, where she focuses on private equity and venture capital.

Prior to joining Rice Management Company, Lisa worked at Spider Management Company, the investment office overseeing approximately $6.5 billion on behalf of the University of Richmond endowment. At Spider, she evaluated investment opportunities and monitored managers across private equity, hedge funds, public equities, real assets, and private credit.

Lisa graduated with honors from the University of Richmond, earning dual degrees in Mathematics and Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. She is a CFA charterholder.
