Lila Griggs joined in 2026 and is an Investment Analyst. Ms. Griggs is a former RMC intern and spent a summer with Morgan Stanley's Energy Investment Banking group.

Ms. Griggs graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master's in Professional Accounting from the McCombs School of Business.
