Joshua Villegas joined Rice Management Company in 2023 and is a Portfolio Risk Manager. Prior to joining Rice, Joshua spent five years as a quantitative analyst for the Voya Investment Management Multi-Asset Strategies Solutions strategy research team. Joshua is a graduate of the University of Florida where he received a Masters of Science in Finance and a Bachelors of Arts in Statistics.
