Faridah Usman joined Rice Management Company in 2023 and oversees the venture capital portfolio. In this role, she is responsible for managing venture capital investments and supporting the broader private equity portfolio. Previously, she was a Director at Kuramo Capital Management, where she led investments in primary funds and co-investments on behalf of institutional investors. Faridah holds an undergraduate degree (with honors) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Warwick and a Master’s in International Politics and International Business from New York University (NYU). She is also a CFA® and CAIA® charter holder.
