Agneta Hendershot joined in 2026 and is a Senior Endowment Counsel.

Before joining RMC, Agneta was an Associate at DLA Piper. Throughout their career, Agneta has represented numerous institutional investors in various alternative investment vehicles, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, credit, and hedge funds. Additionally, Agneta has experience in large-scale secondary portfolio transactions, GP-led continuation vehicles, and bespoke investment vehicles.

Before pursuing a legal career, Agneta worked as an elementary school teacher in Hartford, Connecticut.

Agneta holds a Juris Doctor degree from Penn State Dickinson Law School (f/k/a Penn State Law) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Communications with a Business Foundations Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
