Laura Swanson joined Rice Management Company in 2021 and is an Executive Assistant. Laura works closely with the real estate development team, as well as our division and department administrators. Laura spent 15 years with J.P. Morgan as an assistant in the Private Bank. Laura’s career began in corporate training. She specialized in developing and delivering customer service training, and worked as a communications specialist at Continental Airline’s corporate office here in Houston. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Education from the University of Houston.
